主要研究方向

低温胁迫是限制植物生长发育、地理分布及作物产量的重要因素之一。实验室主要从事植物感知和响应低温信号的分子机理研究:一方面以拟南芥为研究材料,系统研究植物感知与应答低温信号的分子机制,植物激素和低温信号的交互作用机制以及光温信号互作调控植物可塑性的分子机制;另一方面以玉米为研究材料,通过正向遗传学、反向遗传学以及蛋白质组学等技术研究玉米耐低温胁迫的分子机理,构建玉米响应低温胁迫的分子调控网络,为耐低温玉米新品种培育提供理论基础和基因资源。
