研究方向:植物磷营养高效的生理及分子机制

       磷是植物必需大量元素,在糖类代谢、蛋白质代谢和脂肪代谢中起重要作用。土壤有效磷浓度极低,常低于10 mM,植物/作物容易遭受低磷胁迫。磷素缺乏影响植物的生长发育和农作物的产量。我们实验室以拟南芥和玉米为研究材料,通过植物生理学、分子生物学、生物化学和遗传学等手段,探究植物感知环境低磷胁迫的信号通路、磷素吸收和分配的分子调控机制、以及磷素与其他矿质元素之间的交互作用等。
