植物生殖发育是植物生长和发育的重要环节,不但影响植物的育性,而且与植物种子的产量密切相关。我们课题组主要通过遗传学、细胞生物学、分子生物学和生物化学等手段,系统研究植物生殖发育及其对逆境应答的分子调控机制,揭示植物雌雄配子体发育、胚胎发育、授粉受精以及种子大小等调控机制。此外,我们还研究玉米根毛生长和响应胁迫的分子机制。
